Amendment of section 42 of the principal enactment

18. Section 42 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows : (1) by the substitution, in subsection -

(1) of that section, for the figures "7 (2) ; 9 (1) ", of the figures " 9 (1) "; and

(2) by the repeal of subsection (3) of that section.
