| 13. The provisions of this Act shall be in addition to and not in substitution for or derogation of the provisions of any other written law relating to mines, quarries and minerals or the employment of persons or the conditions of workers in relation thereto: Provided that, where the provisions of this Act are in conflict with any such other provision or written law, the provisions of this Act shall prevail. |
