Amendment of heading in Chapter IV of the principal enactment. [ 3, 22 of 1958.1

3. The following new heading is hereby substituted for the heading "REGISTRATION OF BILLS OF SALE." occurring in Chapter IV of the principal enactment: - " REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENTS CREATING PLEDGES, MORTGAGES OR BILLS OF SALE OF MOVABLE PROPERTY.".
