Amendment of heading in Chapter V of the principal enactment. [ 4, 22 of 1958.]

4. The following new heading is hereby substituted for the heading "PROVISIONS APPLICABLE TO INSTRUMENTS AFFECTING LAND AND PLEDGES, MORTGAGES, OR BILLS OF SALE." occurring in Chapter V of the principal enactment: - " PROVISIONS APPLICABLE TO INSTRUMENTS AFFECTING LAND OR PLEDGES, MORTGAGES OR BILLS OF SALE OF MOVABLE PROPERTY.".
