| 104. Where an offence under this Act is committed by a body of person, every Director, Manager or Secretary of that body corporate, shall be guilty of that offence : Provided that the Director. Manager or Secretary of such body corporate shall not be deemed to be guilty of such offence, if he or she proves that such offence was committed without his or her knowledge or that he or she exercised all due diligence to prevent the commission of such offence. |
