Regulation Of Insurance Industry Act (No. 43 of 2000) - Sect 105

Rules

105.
(1) Board shall have the power to make rules in respect of matters required by this Act to be specified by rules. or in respect of which rules are authorized to be made.
(2) Every rule made under subsection (1) shall be published in the Gazette and shall come into operation on the date of its publication or on such later date as may be specified therein.
