| 60. The Board shall publish in each year, in such manner as the Minister may direct, a summary of the accounts, balance sheets, statements, abstracts and other returns furnished or purporting to be furnished under this Act. to the Board by insurers and brokers, and may append to such summary any note made by the Board thereon and any; correspondence in relation thereto : Provided, however, that no reference shall be made in any such note to any matter affecting any particular insurer, unless the insurer has been afforded an opportunity to make representations against the inclusion of such reference in the note. |
