Regulation Of Insurance Industry Act (No. 43 of 2000) - Sect 61

Returns to be submitted in a prescribed form

61. Every return submitted by an insurer shall be in the prescribed form, and may be published in that same form : Provided that, nothing confined in this section shall prevent an insurer from publishing a true and accurate abstract from such returns, for the purpose of publicity.
