Requisitioning Of Land (Amendment) Act (No. 55 of 1961) - Sect 5

Amendment of section 17 of the principal Act

5. Section 17 of the principal Act is hereby amended in subsection (1) of that section by the substitution, for the words " authority or person", of the words " authority, person, local authority or co-operative society ".
