Requisitioning Of Land (Amendment) Act (No. 55 of 1961) - Sect 6

Amendment of section 22 of the principal Act

6. Section 22 of the principal Act is hereby amended by the insertion, immediately after the definition of " land ", of the following new definition : - " local authority" means any Municipal Council, Urban Council, Town Council or Village Council;
