| (1) Where the Commissioner of Title Settlement is of the opinion that any additional surveys are necessary for the cadastral map to reflect his subsequent findings, he shall request the Surveyor-General to conduct such additional surveys and effect the necessary definition of boundaries. |

| (2) The Surveyor-General shall effect the necessary definition of boundaries and conduct such surveys as are required by the Commissioner of Title Settlement and forward a revised cadastral map to the Commissioner of Title Settlement. |
