Registration Of Title Act (No. 21 of 1998) - Sect 26

Schedule of Title to be despatched to registrar of Title on conclusion of investigations

26. On the conclusion of the investigations referred to in sections 13 and 21 or the Court proceedings as specified in section 22 the Commissioner of Title Settlement shall prepare Schedules of Title and dispatch such Schedules to the appropriate Registrar of Title, with copy thereof to the Surveyor-General for the revision of his records.
