Registration Of Title Act (No. 21 of 1998) - Sect 57

Prescription

57. The Prescription Ordinance (Chapter 68) shall not apply to lands or interests in land registered under this Act with a First Class Title of Absolute Ownership or a Second Class Title of Ownership.
