Rent Restriction (Amendment) Act (No. 12 of 1966) - Sect 10

Amendment of section 20 of the principal Act. [ 9, 10 of 1981.]

10. Section 20 of the principal Act is hereby amended as follows :-
(1) in subsection (2) of that section, by the substitution, for all the words from " members," to " shall constitute", of the words " members shall constitute " ; and
(2) in subsection (11) of that section, by the substitution, for the words " a proctor. ", of the words " a proctor, or other person authorized in writing by that party.".
