Rent Restriction (Amendment) Act (No. 12 of 1966) - Sect 14

Amendment of the Schedule to the principal Act. [ 12, 10 of 1961.]

14. The Schedule to the principal Act is hereby amended as follows :-
(a) by the repeal of regulation 1 and the substitution therefor of the following regulation :- " 1. Any premises (other than residential premises) of which the landlord is a local authority shall be excepted premises for the purposes of the Act." ; and
(b) in regulation 3, by the substitution, for the words " Any premises situated ", of the words " Any premises (other than premises referred to in regulation 1) situated ".
