Ratnapura Sri Sumana Bauddha Sangamaya Law (No. 26 of 1975) - Sect 3

General objects of the Corporation

3. The general objects for which the Corporation is constituted are hereby declared to be:
(a) to administer and develop the Sri Sumana Pirivena, Ratnapura, and the institutions affiliated thereto;
(b) to advance the interests of the Buddha Sasana;
(c) to undertake educational and other social welfare projects; and
(d) to undertake national and cultural activities.
