| (1) The affairs of the Corporation shall, subject to the rules in force for the time being of the Corporation, be administered by an Executive Committee consisting of the Patrons, the President, five Vice-Presidents, the General Secretary, the Organizing Secretary and the Treasurer of the Corporation and such number of other persons elected in accordance with the rules in force for the time being of the Corporation. |

| (2) All members of the Corporation shall be subject to the rules in force for the time being of the Corporation. |

| (3) The first Executive Committee of the Corporation shall consist of the Patrons, the President, the Vice-Presidents, the General Secretary, the Organizing Secretary, the Treasurer and the other members of the Committee of the Association holding office on the date of commencement of this Law. |
