(1) Every member, officer and servant of the Board shall, when acting or purporting to act in pursuance of any of the provisions of this Act, be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of the Penal Code. |

(2) The members, officers and servants of the Board shall, for the purposes of the Public Servants (Liabilities) Ordinance, be deemed to be public servants. |

(3) The officers of the Board shall, for the purposes of paragraph (d) of section 8 of the Post Office Ordinance, be deemed to be officers of the public services. |
