River Valleys Development Board Act (No. 18 of 1965) - Sect 33

Protection for action taken under this Act

33.
(1) No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Board for any damage caused, or likely to be caused, by any act which in good faith is done, or purported to be done, under this Act.
(2) No suit, prosecution or legal proceeding shall lie against any person in the employment of the Board for any act which in good faith is done or purported to be done, under this Act.
