River Valleys Development Board Act (No. 18 of 1965) - Sect 7

Developed area and undeveloped area. [ 4, 6 of 1965.]

7.
(1) The Minister shall divide each area of authority into-
(a) the developed area, and
(b) the undeveloped area.
(2) If any local authority within an area of authority is likely to be affected by the division of that area into the developed area and the undeveloped area, the Minister shall, in making such division, consult the Minister in charge of the subject of Local Government.
