Sports (Amendment) Act (No. 47 of 1993) - Sect 10

Amendment of section 23 of the principal enactment

10. Section 23 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the insertion immediately after paragraph (b) the of that section, of the following new paragraph :
" (bb) all sums of money payable by the Government, a Public Corporation or a Government owned business undertaking for the sponsorship of any sport or sports event;".
