State Agricultural Corporations Act (No. 20 of 1980) - Sect 3

Amendment of section 10 of the principal enactment

3. Section 10 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the repeal of subsection (2) of that section and the substitution therefor, of the following new subsection : -
" (2) The Minister shall appoint a Chairman and may appoint a Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors from among the Directors.".
