Amendment of section 45 of the principal enactment

5. Section 45 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows : -
(a) in paragraph (d) of subsection (2) of that section, by the substitution, for the words " regulation made ", of the words " regulation or rule made " ; and
(b) in paragraph (d) of subsection (3) of that section, by the substitution, for the words " regulation made ", of the words " regulation or rule made " .
