Section 71 of the principal enactment, as last amended by Act No. 29 of 1993, is hereby further amended by the insertion immediately after the definition of the word "instrument" of the following new definition " license stock broker" means a person who is licensed as a licensed stock broker under the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka Act, No. 36 of 1987;'. |
