Stamp Duty (Amendment) Act (No. 71 of 1988) - Sect 2

Amendment of Section 2 of Act No. 43 of 1982

2. Section 2 of the Stamp Duty Act, No. 43 of 1982 (hereinafter referred to as 'the principal enactment") is hereby amended in paragraph (b) of that section, by the substitution, for the words "admiralty proceedings instituted in the High Court; ", of the words " admiralty or civil proceedings instituted in the High Court or civil proceedings instituted in any other court created or established by law ;".
