Stamp Duty (Amendment) Act (No. 71 of 1988) - Sect 3

Amendment of section 4 of the principal enactment,

3. Section 4 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the substitution for the words "of any instrument" wherever those words appear in that section, of the words of any instrument or document .
