Amendment of section 35 of the principal enactment

33. Section 35 of the principal enactment as amended by Act No. 26 of 1991 is hereby further amended in subsection (2) of that section by the substitution in paragraph (b) of that subsection for the words and figures "section 15, section 20 and section 31 A", or the words and figures "section 15, section 19A, section 20 and section 31 ;".
