Section 40 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (1) of that section, by the substitution for the words "due to the failure of a licensed stock broker or a licensed stock dealer to meet", of the words "as a result of any licensed stock broker or a licensed stock dealer being found incapable of meeting". |
