21.
| (1) The Corporation may in consultation with the Minister appoint to the staff of the Corporation a General Manager who shall be the chief executive officer. |

| (2) The General Manager shall, subject to the provisions of sub-section (3), hold office for a period of five years and may at the termination of that period be reappointed for a further period as the Corporation may, with the concurrence of the Minister, determine. |

| (3) The General Manager-
| | (a) shall retire from office on reaching the age of compulsory retirement for public servants; and | | |
| | (b) may at any time with the approval of the Minister be removed from office by the Corporation. | | |
|
|
| (4) The Corporation may appoint to the staff of the Corporation such other officers and servants as may be necessary for the purposes of the Corporation. |
