Surveyors' Institute Sri Lanka (Incorporation) Act (No. 22 of 1982) - Sect 3

Eligibility for membership

3. Membership of the Corporation shall be restricted-' to
(a) any person folding a licence granted by the Surveyor General to practise as a, land surveyor-or as a leveler or as a surveyor and leveller; and
(b) any person who is for the "time being in the service of the Survey department and holding a post mentioned in paragraph 9 of Schedule A to the Surveyors Ordinance. :
