Sir John Kotalawela Defence Academy (Amendment) (No. 27 of 1988) - Sect 7

Insertion of new section 7A in the principal enactment

7. The following new section is hereby Inserted immediately after section 7 of the principal enactment and shall have effect as section 7A of that enactment:
7A.
(1) The affairs of the Academy relating to academic and defence studies shall be vested under the direction of the Board of Studies appointed by the Board of Management.
(2) The Board of Studies shall, subject to the general direction and control of the Board, be responsible for the direction of instruction, courses of study, research and examinations of the Academy-".
