Sir John Kotalawela Defence Academy (Amendment) (No. 27 of 1988) - Sect 8

Insertion of new section 10A in the principal enactment

8. The following new section is hereby inserted immediately after section 10 of the principal enactment and shall have effect as section 10A of that enactment:
10A.
(1) The Board shall cause proper books of accounts to be kept of the income and expenditure, assets and liabilities and all other transactions of the Academy.
(2) The provisions of Article 154 of the Constitution relating to the audit of accounts of public corporations shall apply to the audit of accounts of the Academy,".
