7.
| (1) There shall be a Fund of the Foundation. |

| (2) Any moneys that may from time to time be granted to the Foundation by way of gift or otherwise or by resolution of the National State Assembly shall from part of the Fund of the Foundation. |
|
| (3) All moneys belonging to the Fund shall be applied solely towards the promotion of the objects of the Foundation. |
|
| (4) The Foundation may utilize the moneys of the Fund for defraying all expenditure incurred in the exercise of its powers and achievement of its objects under this Law. |
