Sri Lanka Foundation Law (No. 31 of 1973) - Sect 8

The Foundation to be a Corporation

8. The Foundation shall by the name assigned to it by section 2 be a body corporate and shall have perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue and be sued in such name.
