Sri Lanka Institute Of Taxation(Incorporation) Act (No. 21 of 2000) - Sect 13

Limit of liabilities of members of the Corporation

13. No member of the Corporation shall for the purpose of discharging the debts and liabilities or for any other purpose, be liable to make any contribution exceeding the amount of the membership fees as may be due from him to the Corporation.
