Sri Lanka Consolidated Acts

Executive Committee

(1) The chief executive body of the Corporation shall be the Executive Committee.

(2) The Executive Committee shall consist of the following persons: -

(a) The office-bearers specified below: -

(i) The President

(ii) The two Vice-Presidents

(iii) The General Secretary

(iv) The Assistant General Secretary

(v) The Treasurer

(vi) The Education Officer

(vii) The Publications Officer,

	(b) Four other members who shall be elected by the Council from among its number.

(3) The quorum for a meeting of the Executive Committee shall be determined by the Council.
