Sri Lanka Ports Authority Act (No. 51 of 1979) - Sect 1

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the Sri Lanka ports Authority Act, No 51 of 1979, and shall come into operation on such date (in this Act hereafter referred to as the "appointed date" ) as the minister may appoint by order published in the Gezette.
