Sri Lanka Ports Authority Act (No. 51 of 1979) - Sect 68

Rules made by the Ports Authority

68.
(1) The Ports Authority may make rules in respect of till or any matters for which rules are authorised or required by this Act to be made.
(2) A rule made by the Ports Authority under subsection (1) shall not have effect until it is approved by the Minister and notification of such approval is published in the Gazette.
