Settlement Of Debts (Amendment) Law (No. 10 of 1976) - Sect 2

Amendment of section 3 of Law No. 27 of 1975

2. Section 3 of the Settlement of Debts Law, No. 27 of 1975, (hereinafter referred to as the " principal enactment ") Is hereby amended, in subsection (1) of that section, by the substitution for the words " three months ", of the words " twelve months " .
