Settlement Of Debts (Amendment) Law (No. 10 of 1976) - Sect 3

Section 2 to have retrospective effect

3. The amendment made in subsection (1) of section 3 of the principal enactment by section 2 of this Law shall be deemed for all purposes to have come into force on January 1, 1976.
