(1) Regulations may be made under this Act prescribing a Code comprising such provisions as may appear to the authority empowered to make regulations necessary and proper for the purposes of the regulation, supervision, classification, inspection and control of the establishment, maintenance and operation of tourist services, consisting of travel agents (in this Act referred to as the " Travel Agents ' Code '. |

(2) Without prejudice to the generality of the powers conferred by sub-section (1), regulations made under this Act prescribing the Travel Agents' Code may make provisions in respect of all or any of such matters for the time being specified in the Fifth Schedule as may be necessary or appropriate for the purposes referred to in sub-section (1). |
