(1) Regulations may be made under this Act prescribing a Code comprising such provisions as may appear to the authority empowered to make such regulations necessary and proper for the purposes of the regulation, supervision, classification, inspection and control of the establishment, maintenance and operation of specified tourist services (in this Act referred to as the " Specified Tourist Services Code "). |

(2) Without prejudice to the generality of the powers conferred by sub-section (1), regulations made under this Act prescribing the Specified Tourist Services Code may make provisions in respect of all or any of such matters for the time being specified in the Seventh Schedule as may be necessary or appropriate for the purposes referred to in sub-section (1). |
