| (1) The Minister may, on the recommendation of the Board, by Order published in the Gazette, declare that the provisions of the Specified Tourist Services Code shall apply to any such tourist service of any such class or description as shall be specified in the Order, not being a tourist service consisting of tourist hotels, travel agents or tourist guide lecturers (in this Act referred to as a " specified tourist service "). |

| (2) Every Order made by the Minister under sub-section (1) shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette, or on such later date as may be specified therein. |

| (3) For so long, and so long only, as an Order under this section is in force in respect of any tourist service, the provisions of the Specified Tourist Services Code shall apply to, and in relation to, such service. |
