The exercise, discharge or performance of any power, function or duty conferred or imposed on the Board by this Act or any other enactment or by any subsidiary written law, shall be deemed to have been, and to be, one of the objects for which the Board was constituted under the principal Act, and the provisions. of that Act shall be read and construed accordingly. |
