(1) If any person, without the consent of the appropriate authority, uses in connection with any trade, business, calling or profession the name or any abbreviation of the name or the title, seal, emblem or device of any international organization to which this subsection applies, he shall be guilty of an offence, and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding one hundred rupees. |

(2) Subsection (1) shall apply to every international organization specified in that behalf by Order made by the Minister and published in the Gazette. |

(3) The Minister shall in every such Order specify the officer or person who shall be the authority competent to give the consent referred to in subsection (1). |
