Urban Councils And Town Councils (Amendment) Act (No. 13 of 1979) - Sect 2

Amendment of section 178 of Chapter 255

2. Section 178 of the Urban Councils Ordinance is hereby amended by the repeal of subsection (3) of that section and the substitution therefor, of the following subsection :-
" (3) A copy of every annual budget or supplementary budget of an Urban Council shall be open to inspection at the Urban Council office.".
