Urban Councils And Town Councils (Amendment) Act (No. 13 of 1979) - Sect 3

Amendment of section 177 of Chapter 256

3. Section 177 of the Town Councils Ordinance is hereby amended by the repeal of subsection (3) of that section and the substitution therefor, of the following subsection :-
" (3) A copy of every annual budget or supplementary budget of a Town Council shall be open to inspection at the Town Council office. ".
