Voluntary National Youth Service (Amendment) Act (No. 52 of 1968) - Sect 2

Amendment of section 2 of Act No. 11 of 1967

2. Section 2 of the Voluntary National Youth Service Act, No. 11 of 1967, hereafter in this Act referred to as the " principal Act ", is hereby amended in sub-section (1) thereof, by the substitution, for the expression " established a council" of the expression " established, with effect from such date as may be appointed for the purpose by the Minister by Order published in the Gazette, a council ".
