Replacement of section 7 of the principal Act
3. Section 7 of the principal Act is hereby repealed, and the following new section substituted therefor: -
7. The Council shall consist of five members appointed by the Minister, one of whom shall be nominated by the Minister as Chairman of the Council and who shall also be the chief executive officer of the Council:
