Amendment of section 8 of the principal Act

4. Section 8 of the principal Act is hereby amended as follows: -

(a) in sub-section (1) of that section, by the omission of the expression " who is appointed by the Minister ''; and

(b) in sub-section (2) of that section, by the omission of the expression " appointed . by the Minister".
